Kellie is driven by the simple enjoyment of being able to transform women’s hair, and make their faces light up with when presented with the long thick locks they’ve always dreamed of. Kellie remains at the forefront of the industry, by joining her staff as they travel abroad for multiple trainings several times per year. Francis and Kellie also attend trade shows, leadership seminars, and film and photoshoots throughout the year, which keeps them both inspired and challenged.
